DAC(Direct Attach Copper) cable with various length is twinax cable that firmly links the ports inside a piece of dynamic hardware, such as switches, routers, servers or any other type of information storage device.
DAC cables can be 10G, 25G, 40G and 100G regarding the transmission rate. And they can also be passive or active with driver chip inside. DAC cables can either be truck type or breakout type for data center connectivity and other network aggregation.
